We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Offshore Development Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring legal advice/assistance (in-house and external). If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

Preparing key commercial terms for RFPs purpose, drafting and negotiating FIDIC (offshore) agreements and/or any other infrastructure, engineering or technology related agreements
Working hands on with project teams (technical, commercial, financial)
Orchestrating the coordination of services offered by external legal advisors
Developing internal protocols to ensure business compliance and the reduction of risks
Facilitating communication with legal advisors, regulatory bodies, management, and other stakeholders on legal affairs.

Required for this position:

Master’s degree in law
Minimum 5 years of experience in a pertinent legal domain
Good knowledge of FIDIC is a must
Exhibit prior experience working within an international team
Showcase adeptness in evaluating alternatives and devising solutions
Strong interpersonal skills, with a primary focus on supporting internal clients, namely, the business team
Capability of autonomously prioritizing tasks
Proficiency in English.

Salary range for this position group is 3812 to 5718 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
