Role description:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Proactively search for new prospective business clients.
  • Build and develop relationships with potential partners and customers.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for future cooperation.
  • Maintain daily communication via email/phone to answer all inbound inquiries from leads generated by marketing activities.
  • Offer services by air/sea/road, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions for clients to meet their individual transportation needs.
  • Present company’s services to potential partners using online tools and at live business meetings.
  • Generate ideas on new ways to sell.
  • Set company’s goals and ensure we are reaching them.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Higher education;
  • good knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written), knowledge of any other languages will be an advantage;
  • prior experience in customer support, handling legal and/or police requests, and project management would be an advantage;
  • the ability to take ownership of your tasks and projects;
  • the ability to manage stressful situations.
