In our company we have 270 coffee-driven professionals with marketing department that unites 30 coffee enthusiasts, serving up amazing beans and exceptional experiences across 12 European markets. We have yearly traffic online of 15 million visitors and an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86%, we're on a mission to become the go-to coffee destination in Europe.

This is your chance to join a thriving marketing department with a whopping €3 million budget for 2024. That's right, you'll have the resources and support to develop innovative campaigns and strategies that will take our brand to the next level.

In this role, you'll be a creative force, crafting compelling retail and social media content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales. You'll wear many hats, with a focus on key areas:

• Development and execution of strategic marketing plans for our retail stores, encompassing store design, visual merchandising, staff uniforms, etc.
  
• Creation and administration of social media content with the team for social media channels.
