About the role:
As a Marketing Project Manager at SEB Baltic Life & Pension you’ll be part of an international team of professional and engaged colleagues. Digital Sales & Analytics team actively work with digital insurance and pension campaigns and content creation, digital sales automation, and various journey optimization. Your role is to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, introduce digital content across various customer journeys afterwards following up on the results to introduce improvements. You will be working closely with various stakeholders across Baltic States. This is a great opportunity to work in international environment and to put your English skills into full use, without the need to move abroad.

About the role:
As a Marketing Project Manager at SEB Baltic Life & Pension you’ll be part of an international team of professional and engaged colleagues. Digital Sales & Analytics team actively work with digital insurance and pension campaigns and content creation, digital sales automation, and various journey optimization. Your role is to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, introduce digital content across various customer journeys afterwards following up on the results to introduce improvements. You will be working closely with various stakeholders across Baltic States. This is a great opportunity to work in international environment and to put your English skills into full use, without the need to move abroad.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Excellent Lithuanian writing skills with impeccable grammar and ability to write vividly yet simply
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing including tools such as Google Ads and at least basic data analytics
- Digital campaign management from creative ideas generation to the launch of campaigns, including budget monitoring and follow up on results
- Strong customer focus with ability to recognize full digital journey
- Willingness to study statistical data and spot improvement potential
- Great communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders such as co-colleagues, creative and media agencies and fluency in English
- Pro-active personality with positive attitude and ability to actively participate in various projects and manage multiple tasks
