Main responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor international sales team to achieve individual and team targets in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Establishing sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, streamlining inbound sales processes for improved efficiency. Implement best seller success practices and ensure they are followed across the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Lead Generation Management: Supervising the process of generating leads to ensure the sales team has an enough supply to work with across all countries. This involves strategizing and implementing effective lead generation tactics, collaborating with marketing team to optimize campaigns, and continuously monitoring lead flow to address any gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Key account, Seller development, Product, Marketing and etc.).
- Team performance: Coach existing and new team members, track their performance and implement needed changes to assure team member ‘s professional development.
- Technology Utilization: Managing CRM software to track sales activities and using various sales tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and streamline processes.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience of leadership in account management, sales, or a related area.
- Sales experience working with B2B clients, preferably on an international level.
- Experience in coordinating projects with many involved stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Previous work experience in e-commerce industry - would be an advantage.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- English – Fluent/Advanced. Polish and other languages knowledge would be an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce – would be an advantage).
