In SEB we strive to offer world class services and products to our customers. We are inviting you to join our Baltic team of product development professionals, responsible for Factoring and Trade Finance products across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

What you will be doing:
In SEB we strive to offer world class services and products to our customers. We are inviting you to join our Baltic team of product development professionals, responsible for Factoring and Trade Finance products across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
You will be responsible for:
- Drive Factoring and Trade Finance product developments in the full development cycle – from analyzing and preparing requirements to testing and training of end users
- In cooperation with business units – analyze market trends and customer product needs
- In cooperation with stakeholders – perform constant Factoring and Trade Finance system improvements
- Drive business developments in an Agile way
- Ensure that products and related processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and are up to date
- Provide daily support to business units
- Drive and participate in different projects related to product area
You’ll be the right fit if you:
- Have ability to work independently and show initiative
- Feel comfortable with constant changes in your working environment
- Have experience in Factoring or Trade Finance area (product knowledge of both areas would be an advantage)
- Have experience in product development
- Are fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian
- Have excellent collaboration, analytical and communication skills
- Are curious, open-minded and constantly looking for new trends
- Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
