Nature of work

Currently, the Ecoservice team in Šiauliai is looking for an active and active city maintenance manager, whose main functions will be:
  • Organize and coordinate maintenance/maintenance works of roads and sidewalks in the territory of the city of Šiauliai in cooperation with representatives of the municipality;
  • Coordinate a team of subordinate employees: control of work, drawing up schedules, administration of work safety, planning of equipment needs and organization of maintenance of technical condition, calculation of wages.
  • Communication with customers, execution of plans, preparation of reports and acts.

Employee requirements

  • Higher/higher education;
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
  • Very good computer skills (NAV, Loctracker, etc. would be an advantage);
  • Responsibility, promptness, ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Driver's licence B category.
