Summary
UAB "Baltpack" is a packing company, based in Kaunas. We are looking for an office assistant to join our dynamic team, who can maintain all aspects of the office duties including inventory, sales, purchase, financial, and other administrative work
Responsibilities
- Managing the daily the workload and performance of the office together with the Office Manager
- Ensuring a smooth management of the office work
- Contributing to any office management administrative tasks required and supporting the Office Manager in her role
- Generate work orders and sales orders based on customer purchase orders, drawings and office manager instructions.
- Process new purchase orders from customers
- Review new and changed purchase orders to insure, price, lead-time, and quality conditions are as quoted.
- Proactive and reactive customer support.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to necessary parties.
- Enter data into company manufacturing schedule.
- Generate sales orders.
- Book and handle transport
Requirements
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Professional attitude
- Excellent written, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking ability
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and related programs
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Other information
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
