Job description

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in open markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with open market partners, distributors, and retailers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and slow-moving inventory. Adjust pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies accordingly to optimize sales and minimize excess inventory.
Working closely with retail team in order to ensure good visibility and smooth process of placement of our products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Train and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience B2C sales in consumer electronic business.
Fluent in Lithuanian, English spoken and written (knowledge of Russian is considered as an advantage).
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in open markets or similar environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
