Are you the one we’re looking for?

We would like you to be a detailed oriented person, that likes to work independently, but thrives in a group of young people.
You’re not afraid of trying new things or challenge yourself, and responsibility is something that strengthens your performance.
Your English skills is very good and you’re comfortable communicating in an international environment.

Preferably, you’ve been working with logistics or transport before, but it’s not a requirement.

Will be responsible for:
Assistance for carrier Europe offices as export ops manager assistant:
Responsible work with inbox
Handling of export bookings
Timely requests for special stowage and Dangerous Goods applications
Selection of proper routings
Sending Booking Confirmations to customers

Prepare Original Bill of Lading (OBL)
Handle all request for OBL changes
Invoice issuance
Issuance of requested certificates by customers
Submission of cargo manifests to customs
