What you will be doing
- Supporting implementation and execution and monitoring of operational risk management processes like: Incident reporting process; Risk and Control Self-Assessment process; Quality and Risk Analysis process and Business Continuity and Crisis Management process.
- Controlling the business compliance with internal regulations.
- Raising the risk awareness within the organization.
- Regular internal and regulatory reporting.
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years work experience in banking industry.
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or in progress of obtaining it.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
- Result and customer oriented.
- Service and business minded.
- Working towards simple yet efficient solutions.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
