Operations Manager (Baltics)

We are looking for an Operations Manager for UAB Santane Lithuania offices, who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technical, business, and operational aspects of our business in Baltics and adjacent regions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of our business and play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering key relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all technical and operational activities within UAB Santane ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  
• Lead and supervise technical teams to ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks. Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
  
• Lead projects and Chair HAZOPs, SIL and other workshop-based studies.
  
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the market in alignment with the company's overall objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  
• Lead sales and business development efforts to expand the customer base and increase revenue. Set and achieve sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
  
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to support business growth and operational excellence. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  
• Evaluate new products, technologies, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Support the group in their pursuit of technological innovation by identifying research and funding opportunities; and by supporting delivery of currently progressing innovative projects.
  
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance, project status, profitability, and strategic initiatives. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Proven Experience in the technical/engineering field.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events.

3000-3500 €/mon. net
