Job description
- Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies ;
- Administrate and release payments to customers;
- Perform credit checks and administrate debts of the customers;
- Issue invoices to customers;
- Prepare and provide reports to customers;
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports to management ;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows;
- Suggest improvements to payment procedures and systems for better efficiency.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
- Experience in a similar role (Accounting, Credit Control or else) would be preferred;
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English language;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment;
- Strong at analyzing data and attention to details with great sense of responsibility;
- Strong time management.
