Job description
One of the largest and fastest-growing niche medical scrubs brands in Australia is looking for a Performance Creative, who will be responsible for creating Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include developing creative concepts, managing studio shoots, working with our internal design team, and collaborating with content creators to ensure the production of captivating and high-converting ads. This role demands strong creativity, a keen eye for visual and aesthetic details, and strong management skills. Your work will significantly impact our brand's growth and presence, making this a dynamic and influential position within our company.
Responsibilities
STUDIO SHOOT MANAGEMENT
CONTENT CREATORS MANAGEMENT
- Develop creative concepts in line with business objectives to elevate our brand.
- Select models and ensure the correct talent is chosen, booked, and prepared for the photoshoot.
- Ensure team coordination.
- Source all props, correct locations, and build mini sets if required to satisfy briefs.
- Finalize creatives working closely with our internal design team.
- Manage the content budget.
- Implement systems and studio shoot processes to produce a high level of content output to support brand requirements.
CONTENT CREATORS MANAGEMENT
- Brainstorm new creative approaches and ideas for content creators.
- Discover and collaborate with content creators that match our brand's vibe and values.
- Write briefs for static and video ads content to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the final content is ready for release.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading ad campaign development, preferably in the apparel niche.
- Strong understanding of proper briefing processes.
- Knowledge of what makes a good advertisement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting skills to craft effective content.
- Desire to continuously learn and adapt.
- Excellent command of the English language.
