We will trust you:
- Organization of employee active search and selection processes;
- Analysis of the labor market and provision of related proposals to managers;
- Participation in personnel projects and initiatives aimed at improving the general culture of the organization;
- Consulting managers and employees on personnel management issues;
- We will involve you in the company's internal processes in order to improve the adaptation of employees.
Requirements:
- Selection and personnel management experience (from 2 years);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of Russian and English would be an advantage.
