Nature of work
- Preparation and processing of personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of legal acts (admission/dismissal of employees, registration of vacations, business trips, etc.);
- Preparation of internal and external personnel and company documents;
- Organization and coordination of the staff selection and recruitment process;
- Finding out the need for employees in the company, selecting suitable search sources, preparing advertisements and conducting selections;
- Other administrative tasks related to the company's activities.

What do we expect from you?
- Work experience in the personnel department;
- Knowledge of candidate recruitment and selection processes;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and legislation on the employment of foreigners;
- Knowledge of the GDPR and its application in the company's activities;
- Good computer literacy;
- Driver's license;
- Excellent planning, organization, communication and collaboration skills;
- Work experience in the VIKARINA program - ADVANTAGE
- Work experience in a manufacturing company is an ADVANTAGE
