WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- Planning and control of the raw material needs of production units, including the use, rotation and distribution of purchased raw materials between production units;
- Establishing rules for creating production plans for production units, including planning, adjustment and enforcement;
- Approval of production orders, taking into account production capacity;
- Management of stocks of finished products, including analysis and evaluation in the processes of creating production plans, and providing recommendations;
- Effective team leadership, motivation and supervision to ensure optimal performance of the planning team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- At least 3 years of experience in management positions in planning, supply, purchasing or similar areas;
- Higher education;
- Good mathematical skills;
- Structural thinking, able to delegate tasks, create rules, systems and processes;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Category B driving license.
