"Caverion Lietuva" Civil engineering systems business Industrial facilities department is responsible for the services provided by the company - engineering systems design, contracting and technical maintenance of engineering systems in industrial facilities.
Daily challenges:
- planned and ongoing maintenance of engineering systems, management of repair/reconstruction/modernization works
- management of operational documentation, elimination of breakdowns and accidents
- direct communication with customers, suppliers, subcontractors
- work organization, delegation and supervision, team management
Requirements:
- engineering education
- experience in a similar job position
- Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration systems
- ability to effectively organize team work and motivate employees
- driver's license
