Analyze and evaluate the technical documentation of the project;
Calculate the quantities of planned works of construction objects;
Carry out surveys of subcontractors, compare received offers, compile tender tables;
Prepare commercial proposals for clients;
Prepare technical documentation for signing contracts with subcontractors and customers;
Check the acts of subcontractors, their compliance with existing contracts.

You know how to use Microsoft office, AutoCAD programs well.
