We are looking for Project Manager(s) in the Broker sales channel:
... who feels great in the field of sales and wants to build long-term relationships with partners, strives for the highest results, likes to win and proactively seeks solutions. We invite a new team member to join who would work with insurance sales through our partners (brokers).
Your work day will look like this:
- You will achieve and exceed your sales goals by looking for suitable insurance solutions for business partner brokers;
- You will be active in communicating with brokers and looking for business insurance solutions for partner clients;
- You will create long-term professional relationships and become a professional partner consultant;
- You will ensure smooth service, administration and collation of requests and offers.
You will do well if:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the field of insurance with types of business insurance (prerequisite);
- You like to communicate and easily create relationships with partners or colleagues;
- Your personal result is extremely important to you;
- You are responsible, active and able to efficiently organize your activities;
- Has good skills in working with MS Office programs.

Salary
1900-3200 €/mon. gross
Salary: - 1900 - 3200 €/month. before taxes, which consists of a 1900-2200 EUR fixed part of the salary plus an additional variable part up to 45% of the salary and the achievement of personal sales goals.
