Perform big data analysis and report it on daily/weekly/monthly basis
Perform controlling function in operations department by monitoring the achievement of targets
Contribute to the daily & monthly supervision of measurements (KPIs) for teams inside Operations
Be reactive and proactive to spot processes and procedures not adhering to quality benchmarks, own & drive the solving of the issue
Be the main contact person between the Operations department and IT – be able to state requirements, issue JIRA tickets, perform UAT, and sign-off products into production
Maintain Quality in the department by the go&see principle – see the process, identify errors or improvements, drive the project, and implement new processes and procedures
Perform quality review of the processes of preparing an application to ensure both internal and external regulations and standards are being adhered to
Support departmental processes that ensure internal and external quality assurance are utilized and action plans put in place to comply with all relevant standards and guidelines, tight collaboration with training personnel if quality standards have shifted or deviated
Identify competency/skill/knowledge gaps and define training needs
Coordinate investigation of quality issues with customer care department
Investigate the root causes of non-performing dedicated processes
Inspect final output and compare with requirements

University degree
Similar work experience up to one year
Level of responsibility to be able to act independently
Operational/Analytical background
Advanced or expert user in Excel
PowerPoint advanced user level
PowerBI basic knowledge
Knowledge of Lean Management system
Change management mindset
Fluent English language skills
High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to define standard operational procedures
