We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Offshore Development Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be developing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) for the project, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices through policy establishment, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

Developing and implementing a tailored Quality Management System (QMS) for the project
Establishing and communicating the Quality Management Plan, procedures, and guidelines
Defining quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices
Creating Employer Requirements for tender materials
Setting metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs to monitor quality performance
Conducting inspections, audits, and assessments to identify quality issues and areas for improvement
Evaluating the quality management capabilities of suppliers and contractors
Providing training on quality management principles and best practices
Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance
Engaging with project teams and support functions, including procurement, HR, legal, HSE, and engineering
Delivering and evaluating quality statistical management information to identify future focus areas and reduce risks.

Required for this position:

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management)
Proven experience in quality management within offshore wind farm projects
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary range for this position group is 5116 to 7674 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
