Our Smartwill online school is dedicated to helping children ages 9 - 15 develop their intellectual abilities. Our mission is to create a foundation for children to reach their potential. In our classes we improve concentration, memory, thinking speed and other skills that influence the future success of a child. Now the classes are held in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and we plan to enter new markets.

Your future tasks
- Searching and recruiting candidates for teaching and administrative positions;
- Organizing and conducting interviews;
- Working with candidate databases;
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of recruiting channels and building hiring funnels;
- Onboarding a newcomer and accompanying his/her adaptation until probationary period.
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years experience in recruiting or HR;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of English language must. Half of your interviews will be in English;
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment;
- High level of responsibility and self-organization.

- Remuneration from 500 to 1000 euros per month (based on KPIs of closed vacancies);

Interview Stages
1. When you respond to a job posting, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire;
2. After reviewing your questionnaire, we will offer you an interview;
