You will be in charge of:
- Active search and recruitment of candidates by using databases, social media and other channels etc.;
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, and conduct interviews with potential candidates;
- Managing candidate documentation and ensuring compliance;
- Monitoring and analyzing the labor market;
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates.
We expect You have:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (in a manufacturing company is a strong advantage);
- Very strong English and Russian language skills;
- Hands-on experience with various recruitment processes and techniques;
- Excellent time management skills;
