🔹Managing stores within the assigned region – Lithuania and Latvia;
🔹Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings;
🔹Building a stable, competent, and motivated sales team;
🔹Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service, and VM standards are upheld in the region;
🔹Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers;
🔹Operating within budget constraints;
🔹Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
🔹Reporting directly to Regional Sales Director.

🔹Experience in a similar position would be an asset;
🔹Proven track of record in previous employment;
🔹Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips if needed;
🔹Communicative English Language;
🔹Driving license;
🔹Experience in people management and supervision;
🔹Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
🔹Ability to work in a team and independently;
🔹Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure.
