Remote Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative (part-time)

Job description
Our company deals with medical and legal personal injury claims. We have a number of Polish speaking clients who require assistance with the paperwork in English. You will be working remotely; working hours are flexible. If you wish you can start working on full time basis at a later date.

Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be provided with a clear and well explained task list i.e who you will be calling and what information you need to obtain.
Dealing with client enquiries, either through the phone, email ; gathering and requesting information from them
Interpret over a phone (PL-EN; EN-PL)
You will have to report to management in the end of your working day
If you are based in Vilnius, it will be required to occasionally come to the office which is located in Senamiestis

Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Being able to follow instructions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
Excellent personable skills

Qualifications:
Ideally Educated to Degree Level

Other languages such as Lithuanian or Russian would be a bonus

From 600 €/mon. gross for 20 hours a week
The salary above is for full time. It can be negotiable based on your experience.
