Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the CIS market. As the Sales Manager for the CIS market, you will be responsible for managing existing B2B clients, acquiring new B2B clients, and consistently promoting and selling SHIPPING CONTAINERS throughout the entire CIS. Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base, achieve sales targets, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Prospect and reach out to potential B2B clients
  • Attend international conferences held in the CIS countries
  • Keep up with the shipping containers market demands and price trends
  • Collaborate internally with purchasing, operations, and finance departments

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Russian (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm
  • The understanding of the logistics/shipping containers sector is an advantage
