We think you'd do best in this position if:
- have tried a similar job, or have successful experience of working in the export sector, or are keen to try it out;
- you have a degree in management, business administration (or another field that can be realistically applied in this job), and may be a final year student;
- you are able to work with different personalities;
- be able to respond creatively and promptly to customer needs;
- fluent in English (Russian, German would be an advantage);
- you are courageous, self-controlled, positive and eager to learn and improve, able to work to learn and to work well individually and as part of a team;
As part of our team, you'll have the following tasks:
- active prospecting for new customers from cold call to visit (B2B);
- available from any city in Lithuania;
- identifying the need for new products (in cooperation with colleagues and partners)
- discovering, proposing and contributing to the implementation of solutions that best meet the needs
- preparation of new and existing product launches (value proposition, product support strategy,
- organising an exceptional, value-added service for the customer.
