In this role, you'll lead and supervise the team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. In this role, you'll lead and supervise the team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the order management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Oversee the processing of customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with various other teams (sales, accounting, logistics) across the organization.
- Monitor order status and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain order management metrics and performance indicators to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train new team members on order management processes and systems.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to order management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management/customer support or a similar role, with demonstrated experience in team leadership.
- Strong understanding of order management processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and generate ideas to improve order management processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Experience working in FMCG or similar industry preferred.
