Key responsibilities
𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 - Mentor and develop team members, provide ongoing feedback to ensure individual and team success, provide strong leadership and guidance to the AML team
𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 - Assume overall responsibility for the AML department's operations, Develop and implement strategic plans for the AML function
𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Oversee the investigation of suspicious activities
𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 - Develop, review, and update AML policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations, industry standards, and organizational needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS) is a plus
- Proven experience in AML compliance, with a focus on leadership and departmental management
- Strong understanding of AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
