SENIOR DESIGNER

Senior Designer is responsible for leading the creative vision and direction for PHH groups e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually captivating user experience and utilize their expertise in user interface design and trends to elevate PHH groups brand identity and maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace.
This role will work closely with the e-commerce teams ad lead the conceptualization, execution, and optimization of campaign landings, driving engagement through compelling design, while driving continuous improvement initiatives for both landing pages and overall visual merchandizing.

• Responsible for designing and create engaging visuals for the website, including homepage banners, product pages, promotional graphics, and email newsletters while following the general visual guidelines;
  
• collaborate with the PHH groups marketing and campaign teams to co-develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions;
  
• lead design and testing of campaign landing pages, optimizing for conversion rates and utilizing analytics for insights;
  
• ensure that all designs are optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices to provide a seamless shopping experience across all platforms;
  
• own the design strategy for e-commerce platforms, conduct regular audits, and collaborate on enhancements;
  
• develop and execute testing plans, analyze results, and implement improvements based on user insights and usability testing;
  
• collaboration with Brand & Design team in order to ensure the group visual identity is carried out according to brand guidelines across all e-commerce platforms;
  
• stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce design, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the online shopping experience.

• Proven experience as an e-commerce designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
  
• bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
  
• solid understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for different
  

environments (mobile, desktop, app)

• exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  
• proficiency in industry-standard design software and other relevant tools
  
• strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions effectively
  
• excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
