Explore the professional world more deeply and join the Know Your Customer (KYC) team which is responsible for overall implementation of procedures within one of the leading financial institutions in Lithuania. KYC Office in SEB bank is looking for diligent and motivated individuals to foster the culture of KYC compliance together.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Performing advanced periodic Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and in-depth analysis of corporate customers, including data collection, renewal, and verification.
- Providing legally grounded written conclusions and proposals on necessary risk management measures.
- Efficient participation in prioritized tasks and handling complex cases.
- Leading and participating in quality assurance process
- Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and preparing case study materials.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate business relations with customers.
- Supporting and advising stakeholders on KYC related issues.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in the AML/KYC field.
- Deep understanding of Know Your Customer procedures and their application in daily routines.
- Excellent knowledge of AML risk factors, with the ability to identify and articulate risk-increasing factors and suspicion criteria.
- Ability to perform large-scale analyses in a structured manner.
- Understanding and identifying risks associated with specific activities or sectors.
- Ability to state and defend arguments for presented conclusions or recommendations.
- Time management and prioritization skills, ability to work independently and take responsible decisions.
- Attention to details and the ability to handle large amounts of information.
- Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills (oral and written)
- Willingness and ability to contribute to the team by sharing knowledge and engaging in joint activities.
- A degree in Law would be an advantage.
