ZeroSum is a pioneering investment firm dedicated to exploring unconventional sectors and generating ambitious yet balanced returns for their investors. Currently, the company is seeking an Legal Counsel to join their professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documents, both local and international.
- Assist and consult colleagues on legal matters and handle various legal processes (e.g., corporate and employment law, GDPR, general compliance issues, etc.).
- Representing Company entities vis-a-vis third parties mainly Legal Registers and Notaries, and other public institutions.
- Conduct legal analysis on different legal topics.
- Participate in internal projects to improve existing or establish new legal processes.
- Following legislation changes which may impact services and help to ensure that respective legal requirements are met
- Track and report progress of corporate legal tasks assignments.
- Co-ordinate projects with external legal firms.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law.
- 3+ years’ of legal experience.
- Experience in preparation and supervision of contracts, and other legal documents.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing business activities, including but not limited to commercial law and employment law.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English written and verbal communication skills.
