SENIOR LAWYER (PROJECT FINANCING) (F/M/D)

We are looking for a colleague to join an active, friendly, strong team and to contribute with their expertise to the development of the field of finance law – to participate in financing projects as well as manage legal matters and related processes.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Advise on finance law and legal matters regarding project financing and financing instruments, including those with an international element
• Participate in financing projects, manage legal matters and related processes
• Directly participate in business projects as well as negotiations with potential and existing financiers, business partners and their representatives, ensure the management of business and legal risks
• Draft and review financing transactions and related documentation, as well as other documents
• Liaise with legal and other advisors, the project team and business colleagues, take interest in legal matters regarding project development.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
