What you will be doing?
- Resolve advanced technical issues and problems of SMN Managed Service customers.
- Plan and execute network device maintenance activities (e.g., patch upgrades) as well as establish corresponding procedures.
- Fulfill advanced managed infrastructure service requests and deploy changes.
- Identify network service improvement opportunities, suggest implementation strategies and deploy required changes in collaboration with SMN customers.
- Deploy and employ automated network monitoring and management tools to effectively perform above mentioned duties and activities.
- Manage and establish configuration information (CMDB) and related documentation about customer infrastructure.

What we expect?
- At least 3 years of hands-on network experience, working across range of telecommunication technologies.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and DNS.
- Experience with network security principles and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Ansible, or similar would be highly appreciated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related is preferred.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English languages.
