In this project you would join a large international team working on the development of hemodialysis medical device. You would support the development team in software requirements engineering. Your success will help to faster delivery of the hemodialysis devices into the market, that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day.
Work
For this role we are looking for a person who will create and manage software requirements using state-of-the-art development methods and tools to develop safe and reliable medical devices.

- Specification, management and maintenance of software requirements;
- Deriving requirements in a systems engineering context;
- Training and coaching of development teams in requirements engineering;
- Moderation of development meetings for joint requirements derivation with project managers, architects, developers and test engineers;
- Ensuring the traceability of requirements;
- Carrying out requirement reviews and tracking acceptance criteria;
- Updating existing requirements in accordance with the change management process;
- Proactively improving methods, processes and tools and their application;
- Supporting the further development of processes, work instructions and internal standards.
We are looking for a person with the following experience:
- Several years of practical experience in the field of software requirements engineering in an agile environment;
- Knowledge of software development requirements in the area of functional safety;
- Knowledge of embedded systems/software would be considered as advantage;
- Experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, Doors or any other);
- Knowledge of standards and FDA guidelines for software (For example: IEC62304, IEC60601, IEC61508, ISO26262, DO-178);
- Basic programming skills in C/C++ would be considered as advantage;
- Knowledge of agile development approaches, preferably SCRUM;
- Ability to freely communicate in English - written and spoken.
