Your daily activities:
- Karcher service customer service and advice on the use, maintenance and repair of Karcher products;
- Providing technical assistance to clients;
- Acceptance of equipment for repair and its return, communication with customers during repair;
- Ordering and selling spare parts, equipment accessories;
- Carrying out service inventory;
- Registration of product repair work and related documents in CRM and other programs.
We expect from you:
- Higher education (technical - mechanics, electrical engineering, etc. - an advantage);
- Experience in the field of customer service and "win-win" approach with customers;
- Excellent communication skills, organization and responsibility;
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English;
- Computer literacy, knowledge of CRM or other specialized programs;
- Opportunities to work on Saturdays with a flexible work schedule.
