About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinatoris an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. Dexcom continues to grow year on year and so this person will thrive in a fast-paced support role and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a high growth environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have a passion for serving clients. This person will be a touchpoint for prospective employees and in contact with different stakeholders throughout Dexcom globally, therefore a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must!

About The Role
  • Support a team of recruiters with day-to-day administrative tasks: opening job requisitions, preparing offer letters etc.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all parties are well-informed about interview details.
  • Ensure all scheduling activities are accurately tracked in the ATS.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries in a timely manner, deliver a high-quality experience to all stakeholders.
  • Application Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements. Shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation.
  • Responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communications with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards, company website, and relevant social media platforms. Optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in a timely manner.
  • Assist recruiters by sourcing passive candidates during peak recruitment cycles.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with job fair coordination.
  • Create and issue an EMEA open position newsletters on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Managing Dexcom TA inboxes as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Related experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for fostering a positive candidate experience and contributing to talent acquisition success.
  • Creative, innovative end to end thinker, good judgment.
  • Possess a naturally curious and investigative mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,905.42 to €2,241.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
