As a Talent Acquisition specialist you will:

• be in change of front line and desk-based recruitments in Baltics together with diverse Talent Acquisition Team in Riga and Tallinn
• identify best sources for attracting the talent, take a lead in smooth and speedy recruitment process
• be accountable for new employee onboarding
• take care of candidate satisfaction with recruitment process and be the face of organization
• ensure awareness and interest in internal career growth opportunities of Omniva employees
• support hiring managers throughout the process

We will be happy if you:

• have good English and Lithuanian language skills
• have 2 years of recruitment experience and knowledge about best recruitment practices
• are passionate about delivering excellent service to hiring managers and attracting the best talent to join the organization
