Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of transport and logistics professionals;
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve commercial targets and drive business growth;
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability;
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and maintain high performance standards;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management;
- Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Higher education;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial role within the transport and logistics industry;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively;
- Proven track record of generating revenue and achieving commercial targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
