Technical Support Engineer

We are currently inviting an ambitious Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Technical Support team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika Telemedic team. We design and develop next-generation medical devices, and we also solve current healthcare challenges. We aim to create and deliver smart solutions that are easily accessible to diverse communities, medical professionals and the elderly. We are currently working on a unique that can detect atrial fibrillation.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Provide technical assistance to customers in implementing their solutions, solving the challenges related to Teltonika Telemedic products both in writing and during online meetings
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki)
• Prepare products manufacturing documentation administration in the internal Teltonika system
• Connect the link between the client and RnD in solving complex challenges

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service
• Prior experience in Customer Service
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian and English language skills
• Effective communication skills and good etiquette, both verbal & written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capability and desire to help others

IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:

• Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education
• Knowledge in MDR or medical standards is an advantage
• Good Polish or/and Russian language skills would be considered as an advantage

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~2330 Eur – ~2660 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

• In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
