- Establish and maintain relations with potential and existing trade finance customers
- Process trade finance transactions (such as bank guarantees, letters of credit, documentary collections) in accordance with internal instructions, relevant regulations and established best practices, ensuring timely and efficient handling
- Ensure customer satisfaction by giving customers professional, high quality service in all deliveries
- Cooperate closely with client relationship teams, Operations, lawyers and other internal departments, serving as an ambassador of Trade Finance and Factoring Department in the bank
- Be able to recognize dubious or non-compliant transactions
- Engage in projects and initiatives related to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of trade finance services
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education in economics, management, finance or banking
- Proven experience in trade finance area (3+ years)
- Accurate, responsible and well-organized professional with an eye for details and initiative
- A true team player with good negotiation, relationship management and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Lithuanian
