Nature of work
- Organize and carry out public procurement procedures within the established deadlines, in compliance with all the requirements of normative legal acts, negotiate and conclude contracts with suppliers
- Prepare public procurement conditions and other documents for goods, services and works
- Advise colleagues on the initiation and execution of public procurements, participate in the activities of commissions and working groups
- Get involved in the search for ways to improve and optimize the Company's procurement processes, contribute to the implementation of changes
Employee requirements
- Higher university education
- At least 2 years of experience in public procurement
- Experience with CVP IS and CPO platforms, working with MS Office programs
- Public procurement specialist certificate is an advantage
- Excellent Lithuanian language
- Know English at a level not lower than B1
- Know how to collect, analyze and summarize information and draw conclusions, be able to plan independently, organize your activities
