VILNIUS REGION DATA NETWORK OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD (F/M/D)

As Vilnius region data networks operations team lead, you’ll play a key role in managing Vilnius region data network infrastructure operations. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 engineers, overseeing the maintenance, development and implementation of required computer networks infrastructure across Ignitis Group infrastructure.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Motivate and ensure continuous personal development of your team members
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and contractors in the implementation of computer networks infrastructure across various types of facilities
• Analyze and improve the development in the computer networks infrastructure area
• Allocate workload for your team members, ensuring quality of work
• Ensure that the team's day-to-day activities (troubleshooting, implementing services, developing non-standard technical solutions, etc.) are carried out in accordance with the agreed SLA
• Ensure safe work environment and required tools for the team
• Coordinate and distribute of actions during emergencies/incidents
• Provide advice and suggestions in the development of IT infrastructure strategy
