Analyze the need for nursing staff and the effective use of human resources
Determine, analyze and evaluate performance indicators of the nursing staff,
Implement and improve nursing documentation, control the quality of its filling
Plan and organize the qualification training of nursing specialists and the need for additional training
Forming, ordering, receiving, storing, issuing the need for medical devices
Monitoring and implementing infection control compliance,
Team formation, motivation and education
Employee requirements
Have a valid General Practice Nurse license
At least 2 years of team management experience
To know the operating principles of the electronic health services and cooperation structure information system (ESPBI IS), SVEDRA (VLK system) systems
To know nursing policy and nursing process management
To know and be able to apply the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to the activities of the Institution and the services provided
Ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions
Excellent communication and communication skills
Organization, independence, punctuality, duty
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good computer skills
