- Examining and determining an appropriate work process that results in an efficient and cost-effective outcome.
- Testing new work methods and practices.
- Participating in ergonomics design work to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Optimization and support of the implementation of new systems and projects.
- Collaborating with the Lean team and providing critical analysis of the working methods used.
- Suggestions for effective solutions to reduce and optimize working time.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Higher or high technical engineering education.
- Knowledge of products and production processes.
- Knowledge of quality standards and requirements.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S and 6 Sigma systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excel knowledge.
- Experience in a manufacturing/technical environment (advantage).
