Your work, nature of work:
● ZOOMBOOK project management and development in all markets;
● Implementation of the strategy and achievement of the company's goals;
● Pricing analysis, improvement and development;
● Analyzes of various available data (Microsoft Power BI, HotJar, Google Analytics);
● Development of new products and improvement of existing products;
● Administration and continuous improvement of the website and other project tools;
● Delegation of work and work with programmers, designers and customer service teams;
● Tracking market needs, trends, changes;
● Continuous and active monitoring of the competitive environment;
● Cooperation with the marketing project manager;
● Analysis of best global practice methodologies and suggestions for project improvement and development.

It would be great if you:
● has at least 3 years of experience in managing similar projects (ideally with e-commerce projects);
● has an understanding of marketing (social networks, Google Ads, etc.);
● has excellent communication, negotiation and time planning skills;
● has excellent project management and analytical skills;
● able to solve problems promptly;
● fluent in Lithuanian and English;
● you are proactive, creative, independent and result-oriented;
● have experience with the development and improvement of IT products, or e- trade projects.
