We are looking for a Credit to Cash Accountant to join the Team in Vilnius.
Areas of Responsibility
As a Credit to Cash Accountant, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Collection processes. In this role, you will help maintain accurate receivables records, optimize cash flow, mitigate credit risk, and deliver outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a Credit to Cash Accountant to join the Team in Vilnius.
Areas of Responsibility
As a Credit to Cash Accountant, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Collection processes. In this role, you will help maintain accurate receivables records, optimize cash flow, mitigate credit risk, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer account balances and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Manage credit management and collection activities for assigned customer accounts in line with established KPIs.
- Perform customer credit limit assessments, including external credit checks and trade reference verification when required.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue balances and facilitate timely payment collection.
- Allocate incoming payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or disputes
- Perform month-end closing activities and reporting
- Actively identify and suggest process improvements for better efficiency
- Support onboarding and training of team members when required.
Basic requirements for the position
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or a similar finance role.
- SAP or other ERP system knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in a cross-cultural international environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and support process improvements.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
