About the role
You will join Greet at a stage where the finance function is moving from an external partner to in-house. This means you will not only take over accounting, but also contribute to building financial processes and bringing structure into a growing business.
We are looking for an accountant who wants to work across the full scope, understand the bigger financial picture, and grow together with the company.

Your responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting from primary documents to financial statements.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, payroll taxes, corporate tax, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and yearly closings.
- Handle payroll accounting and fixed asset management.
- Work with multiple entities (group structure).
- Collaborate with auditors and external institutions.
- Contribute to building and improving financial processes.
- Prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with a full accounting cycle.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your area.
- Attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English is a must.
Nice to have
- Interest in financial analytics.
- Ability to prepare clear reports (cash flow, profitability).
- Experience working with multiple entities or growing businesses.
- Understanding of fintech, payment flows, and transaction-based business models.
