We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient management of our financial operations while supporting the continued growth of Deeper.

Perform bookkeeping and data entry, including recording day-to-day financial transactions, posting journal entries, and maintaining general ledgers.
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations, including bank account reconciliations.
Prepare and process payroll accounting.
Prepare and submit tax declarations in compliance with Lithuanian legislation.
Participate in the preparation process and support financial statement audits.
Prepare and submit statistical reports to Lithuanian authorities.
Manage employee expense reports and advance expense settlements.
Account for business trip and travel-related expenses.
Register and post invoices in the accounting system.
Support fixed asset accounting.
Prepare reports for the Lithuanian Department of Statistics and Customs.
Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and bill processing.
Provide accounting support to colleagues and other departments.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
Experience working with NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Good understanding of Lithuanian accounting, tax, and payroll legislation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and trial balances.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and result orientation.
Proactive mindset and creative approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
